Two bedrooms; Master bedroom with double bed, Wardrobe and drawers, Patio doors open out onto the rear portion of the deck directly to the private outside hot tub. Second bedroom has narrow twin beds, wardrobe and drawers. Family bathroom with full size bath, over head shower, WC and basin. Open plan living area with wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player. A slab/base is provided for use of a disposable BBQ, please remove the BBQ on your departure.


Full gas central heating. Well equipped fitted kitchen includes gas oven and hob, built in fridge and freezer, microwave. Hot Tub - please note, use of hot tub is between 10am and 10pm only. Two dogs welcome - designated dog area in the bar. WIFI, Fuel and power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring your own leisure towels. Parking for one car. Decking with outdoor furniture. Please note that the charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this lodge, the nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere.
