The living areas in the semi-detached house consist of a first-floor mezzanine kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for six people, and a sitting room with a Smart TV and a selection of books. There are two doubles, one with anen-suite shower room and one with a Juliet balcony, and a twin, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, bike storage and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two small cars or one medium car with additional visitor parking on street. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.8, a pub. Please be aware that this is a pet-free and a smoke-free abode. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.
