Holly Rigg is a wonderful detached cottage nestled just outside the centre of Kendal, Cumbria. Hosting three bedrooms, including two ground-floor king-size bedrooms, one with a Juliet balcony, and a lower-ground-floor double, sleeping up to six guests. There is also a ground-floor bathroom and a lower-ground-floor shower room, along with a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars and a garden to rear and side with terraces, large patio with picnic table, small patio with bistro set, gate to footpath to fields and summerhouse. Holly Rigg is a perfect setting for a peaceful break to the Lake District.

Lower-ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Ground-floor bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room with woodburning stove
