This semi-detached cottage has a kitchen/diner with electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, tea towels provided, dishwasher, and a table for four guests, and a sitting room with a Smart TV and electric fire. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: a double and a twin, along with a bathroom. To the front, there is off-road parking for one car, and a non-enclosed patio. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and within 0.2, a pub. Please note, smoking and pets are not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair, travel cot and bedding and stairgate are available on request. The front patio is non-enclosed next to a river, children must be supervised.
