There is a kitchen/diner with a rangemaster cooker hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dining seating for four and a sitting room with a TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor four poster bed and a twin bedroom, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a rear garden with a cabin and private parking for two cars. The cabin consists of a studio-style layout with a double bed, a kitchen with an electric oven, hob, fridge, a dining area and a sitting area with TV. WiFi, fuel, power bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet is welcome but smoking is not permitted. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub. Merrybank offers a unique base for exploring Devon.
