The living areas in the property include a kitchen, containing , a Rangemaster oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a sitting room diner seating for four people with a TV, and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a superking-size bed and a kingsize, along with a bathroom room with separate shower. Outside is a garden with fire pit, chimnea and hot tub as well as a picnic lake. Within 3 miles, you will find a shop and a pub. Three well-behaved pets are welcome. Please note that smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Resting in the Blackdown Hill Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Southcott Farm Cottage offers a family of four a pretty, countryside retreat.
