The living areas in this semi-detached cottage include a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining table for four, and a breakfast bar for two, an external utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a sitting room with a TV and electric fire. There are two bedrooms, a king-size and a double, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with furniture, and roadside parking. Within 0.2 miles, there is a shop, and within 0.1, a pub. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: The stairs are quite steep, please take care. Note: Beyond the garden gate, there is a lawn area for guests to use, but is not enclosed for dogs.
