The living areas in the property consist of kitchen/diner with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dining seating for four people, and a sitting room with woodburning stove and TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a front patio with furniture, an enclosed back garden with patio, gravelled area, barbecue and furniture, as well as roadside parking. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Cot and highchair are available. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Please be aware there is a steep hill up to the cottage. Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. The Heights is a wonderful base to explore the Lakelands, whatever time of year.
