The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner containing a gas range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, seating for 10 people and a woodburning stove, and a sitting room with a Smart TV and an open fire. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite shower room, a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), a ground-floor double and a family room with bunk bed and two singles, along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available. Outside, there is an enclosed side garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop and a pub. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. . WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Raybarrow is a wonderful base to bring the whole family for a holiday in the Lake District. Note: There are stone steps up to the patio in the garden, please take care. Note: There is one step up from the porch entrance into the main property, please take care.
