The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen with an electric and oil AGA, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a living/dining room with woodburning stove, a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, a snug with TV, a boot room with woodburning stove, a first-floor study, and a cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, and a twin (a zip and link bed which can be set up as a super-king on request), all with en-suites. Outside there is a rear garden with lawn, patio, BBQ fire pit and furniture, shared grounds with a freshwater pond, and parking. You'll find a shop in 2.2 miles, a pub in 0.6 miles, and River Bovey in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This is a smoke-free property.
