The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with rangemaster cooker with 5-ring gas hob, separate electric oven, gas oven & plate warmer, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four people, a sitting area with TV, DVD player, CD/radio, and Ipod dock, and a basement utility with washing machine, tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a small front garden, rear garden with decking, furniture and BBQ, as well as off-road parking for one car, additional roadside parking for one car. Two bikes provided for guests' use (at own risk). Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog welcome. Note: Access is via 12 steps to side entrance. Note: Short Breaks must start on a Friday or a Monday.
