The Old Bothy is a semi-detached cottage, on a working dairy farm, near the village of Bolton Low Houses and Wigton in Cumbria. This cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double and one twin, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture. The Old Bothy is a great base for exploring the Lake District National Park, the many towns nearby, and even southern Scotland.

Accommodation

Two bedrooms with TV: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.

Eco-friendly electric central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two travel cots, two highchairs and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with furniture plus shared, grassed picnic/play area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: As property is on a working farm, children should be supervised at all times. Note: The owner has dogs. Note: There are 3 steps leading up from the patio/parking area to the property.
