The Old Grainstore is a semi-detached cottage, on a working diary farm, near the village of Bolton Low Houses and Wigton. This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double with en-suite shower room, one double and one zip/link twin, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and sitting room with woodburning stove. The Old Grainstore is an ideal holiday home for exploring the area, with something for everyone to enjoy from the Lake District National Park to market towns and wonderful natural attractions.

Three bedrooms with TV: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x double, 1 x twin (zip/link, can be super king-size double on request). Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with woodburning stove.

Eco-friendly electric central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, two highchairs and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Patio with furniture plus shared, grassed picnic/play area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: As property is on a working farm, children should be supervised at all times. Note: The owner has dogs. Note: There are 3 steps leading up from the patio/parking area to the property.
