We had a lovely few days in cottage 3 very spacious & clean & ideal location for walks & will definitely think about staying again the pictures don’t do it any justice

  • "The cottage was clean and had every thing we needed, The location is really nice, with good walks, pub with in walking distance, and a lovely cafe up the road, all are dog friendly, only down side it doesn't have its own garden and only a shower and not a bath, but I did know this when I booked."

I do think that the owners could leave a small bottle of milk in the fridge just to start you off.

  • "We attended the Keswick Christian convention and had a wonderful week."

Although we loved the cottage and its position there are some things I can point out. I didnt find the lighting good enough for reading in an evening. I wasnt warm enough in the bedding - spare blankets? The toilet we think was leaking round the bottom. The parking for 3 was difficult to get out of/into. Apart from that all fine!

  • "Cottage very good, very clean and comfortable."

Parking sometimes a bit tricky. Shower quite small my husband had trouble getting in and out, but apart from that we had a very enjoyable stay.

  • "This was the second time I stayed with you."

The situation was ideal for walking which was my main interest. The cottage was very comfortable in every way. The only negative point, is the lack of outside space, but this was not a problem for me but could be for a family. I will be back! David

  • "Clean comfortable and well equipped cottage."

Good variety of walks from the door. Keswick good shops and very dog friendly. Unfortunately we had to cut short our stay due to noisy neighbors in the adjoining cottage who had the TV on very loud until 1am , and after 3 nights of very little sleep we decided to leave. The owner has been made aware of this and was very apologetic. My husband did actually speak to the people next door as we were packing up and he wasn’t aware the TV was loud he was asleep

  • "A fantastic stay!"

A lovely little cottage with nice open plan living space which has been tastefully decorated. The kitchen is modern and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Great location for lots of walks and Wainwright's, also close to Keswick if needed. We loved Braithwaite!

No grab rail in shower and floor slippery. Pity the whole place was not like the bedroom and kitchen.
