This is part of a series of Fell Care Days being run by the Friends around Lakeland and to give you an idea of what's involved here's a video about tree planting on a previous fell care day.

The hub for the day is Buttermere Village Hall. Volunteers sign in at hub from 9am for 9:30am and will then set off in groups on tasks led by skilled leaders. Everyone then returns to the hub at the end of the day for tea and cakes! Activities finish by 3pm latest.

Numbers are limited on each task and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis so visit this page to book your place now.
