Sometimes we may ask you to send a "screen shot", a copy of what you're seeing on your screen. Typically we would ask you to do this if you're experiencing something with our web site which we don't see from our PCs.
You do this using two keys:
On most full size keyboards it's the key to the right of F12 and above Insert
To capture a screen shot hold down the Windows key and press PrtSc. The shot will be saved in the "Screenshots" within your "Pictures" folder.
Now mail the file to us.
You do this using the print screen button on your keyboard. It is probably labelled either PrtSc or PrintScreen and may also be labelled SysRq

This is how you do it:
The file will probably end up in the "My Pictures" folder inside "Pictures" unless you specify a different directory in the save dialogue.
Now mail the file to us.

On versions before Android Pie this can be a bit fiddly: you normally need to hold down the physical power and volume down buttons.
If you press power too soon the display will switch off; press volume down too soon and your screenshot may be marred by an onscreen volume slider.
After a few seconds the screen will flash and a notification will appear in the drop-down bar at the top of the screen, giving you options to delete, share or edit the image. You can also access the screenshot from your Gallery.
Now mail the screenshot to us.
Press and hold the power button and a dialogue will appear with three options one of which is "Screenshot". Tap that and a notification will appear in the drop-down bar at the top of the screen, giving you options to delete, share or edit the image. You can also access the screenshot from your Gallery.
Now mail the screenshot to us.
The procedure is similar to Android only this time you pressing the sleep/wake/power button (at the top-right of the device) and the Home button (below the screen) at the same time.
The screenshot will then appear in your Photos app.
Now mail the screenshot to us.
Hold down ctrl and press the "Switch to your next tab or window" key aka F5. A screenshot will be saved in your "Downloads" folder.
Alternatively hold down shift as well as ctrl when pressing F5 and you will be able to select an area of the screen, although we find that hard to do without using a mouse.
Now mail the screenshot to us.
