Postcode database updated

We've just updated our postcode database using data derived from the Ordnance Survey's Code-Point Open data.

So, as before, this means that when you enter a valid postcode into the "Go to" box of our mapping application the map will re-centre at the centre of the area covered by that postcode and a cross will briefly be shown at the exact location.

WalkLakes recognises that hill walking, or walking in the mountains, is an activity with a danger of personal injury or death.
Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions.
