3D view adding duplicate GPX file

Is there any way to stop a GPX route or track in ones uploads & downloads list being added again to the downloads list as a duplicate / new entry when you view it in 3D, as I realise I have multiple entries built up from 3D viewing.

OK, I think I've fixed this. It should now only show you the last time you've downloaded any track2 or route1.
