A walk up Little Tongue Gill to Grisedale Hause and then on to the summit of Seat Sandal. Returning via the South West ridge. The route starts at Mill bridge and follows the path up to the bottom of Great Tongue where the Little Tongue Gill path is followed to Grisedale Hause. It’s then straight up the fell to the summit which has great views all the way across the Lakes to Morcambe Bay. Return via the South West ridge.
