This walk takes you from Sykeside Campsite and then up Caiston Glen following the beck. At Scandale pass turn left and follow the path up to the summit of Red Screes. The day I was there was glorious with a temperature inversion covering the whole of the South lakes. Drop down onto Middle Dodd and then follow the steep path down the ridge back to the start.
