This walk start on the road side just past the Whinlatter car park because they don't open the car park until 08:30. However, it ends in the Cafe at Whinlatter where the tea is good as is the food but its pricey and the staff disorganised, The forest sections are a enchanting with rolling beds of mosses. It will be boggy in parts at the right time of year.
