I collected my work colleague, Darryl Coughlan from the outskirts of Stone at 06.00hrs and we set off for The Berwyn's. I was after 6 hills that I had not done before, all following a forestry track, with a slight detour to achieve each top. At the start Grid Ref there is a good car parking area (Free) and the walking is all on a single, well made forestry track, with slight detours to get to the tops. great views of the Arenig Fawr at the start of the route and views across the main Berwyn peaks as you do the final hills. Recommended.

Can anyone identify the frog we met on Stac Rhos, see photo below. We came across him at about the 600 metre contour as we were descending, back to the forestry track.
