Easier photo loading

We've just upgraded photo uploaded for walk reports to make it easier for you. Previously we had an upload limit of 250KB. Now we accept any size photo and they're automagically re-sized to be a maximum of 690 pixels on their longest dimension (so they fit on the walk report). That also means that the file sizes get a lot smaller too so we're happy.

For the more technical among you it's worth mentioning that this process uses 90% JPEG compression which can introduce artefacts, especially to blue skies. So if you want us not to process your photos make sure they are re-sized so that their maximum dimension, be it length or width, is 690 pixels or less before you upload them.
