New Release of WayMaps tiles

We've just put online a new release of our WayMaps tiles which includes lots of changes, including:

• Outer zoom levels render by us

• Relief shading on 1:50K and 1:25K zoom levels as illustrated here in step 1 of our Catbells walk:

• Mapping for the whole of Ireland

• Improved mapping for the Isle of Man

If you are logged into the mapping application where you see Ordnance Survey tiles from Bing then it switches to WayMaps tiles for Ireland. We've also got aerial photography for Ireland.

Ireland is still a little bare compared to the British mainland but we're already gathering new features for the next release including trig points, significant hill summits, and long distance paths.
