Skiddaw Little Man

Skiddaw Little Man, often just called Little Man on OS 50K and 25K maps. It is just a mile, or 1.5km, from Skiddaw, but a quite distinctive mountain in its own right. Its steep western flanks are strewn with scree, Grey Crags, and becks with names of Black, Slades and Tongues!

Most people climb it with its parent Skiddaw, but Wainwright suggests some independent routes from Millbeck, Applethwaite, or from the Youth Hostel at Skiddaw House to include Sale How.
